Shipping & Delivery & Returns

Delivery: We strive to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 3-7 days and then shipped out. Shipping times vary depending on your location and can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • Europe: 6-8 business days
  • Australia: 2-14 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Our orders are shipped from facilities worldwide through our print-on-demand drop shipper.

For international orders, please note that customs and tax fees may be charged by your local customs office, which are not within our control. Please check with your local customs office directly to determine if any duties or taxes apply to your purchases.

If you have not received your order, please check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address. You may also want to check with your local post office and neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them. If the shipping address was correct and the package is still missing, please contact us at support@orangechickadeeshop.com with your order number, and we will be happy to assist you.

Orders: Our products are made through our print-on-demand drop shipper, which has facilities worldwide. Your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can most efficiently fulfill your order, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us at support@orangechickadeeshop.com.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@orangechickadeeshop.com within one week of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any other relevant details, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns: We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is an issue with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@orangechickadeeshop.com.

Refunds are only offered for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at support@orangechickadeeshop.com with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we will process your refund.

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but you can refer to our sizing charts for each item listed in the product description section to ensure you order the correct size. If an item you received was mislabeled, please contact us at support@orangechickadeeshop.com within one week of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
